Active Variance Requests and Questions for Interpretation

The Variance Request (VR) and Question for Interpretation (QA) Dashboard  allows you to search for active VR or QA related to the Certification and Accreditation Requirements (CAR) or any of the ASC standards.

• Variance Request: Request to adapt an ASC standard requirement to a local context while continuing to adhere to the original intent of the requirement.
• Question for Interpretation: An interpretation of the language and/or the intent of an ASC standard requirement. Interpretations provide temporary additional guidance and information between revisions to programme documents.

How to use this dashboard

Filter by topic:

• Click on any of the bars to view all VR and QA related to that topic, or select a category from the impact category drop-down menu
• Click on any specific standard or CAR, then select an impact category to view all QA and VR on that topic for that particular standard document/CAR

To reset all filters, click reset filters on the bottom left-hand side of all available filters.
