In this episode, Contessa Kellogg-Winters and Genevieve Hayward from the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) address some of the questions that they are most frequently asked regarding their work, the world of fish farming and the ASC. As well as tackling the hard questions about antibiotic usage and fish welfare, the pair also get right down to what tastes better – wild or farmed fish. Questions were gathered from the ASC’s FAQs and through a call out on social media asking people they wanted to know.
