Branzino with red pepper relish

- 4 ASC labeled Branzino fillets
- 1 cup red peppers from a jar with their sauce, chopped
- 2 tsp. dried thyme and pinch of fresh thyme for serving
- 1 1/2 garlic clove, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Serves: 2- Mix all ingredients except for the fillets in a bowl to make relish.
- Place parchment paper on a sheet pan and place the Branzino fillets on top, after you spread the relish on them. Keep some of the relish aside.
- Place in oven and bake at 350°C for 20 minutes.
- Serve with the extra relish on the side.
