  • Assorted bagels
  • Cream cheese
  • Red onion, finely diced
  • Capers
  • Fresh-squeezed lemon juice
  • Any additional toppings of your choosing, such as avocado, chutney, fresh herbs or bagel seasoning

My favorite combo for a smoked salmon bagel is slathered with cream cheese, topped with a layer of smoked salmon then sprinkled with finely diced red onion and capers. Oh, and a little squeeze of lemon juice on top!

Assemble a board with these easy ingredients and any extra toppings of your choosing for a quick group lunch. Whether you’re serving kids or coworkers, a bagel sandwich board is something everyone can enjoy!
