Lucas is the Improver Programme Assurance Manager. Growing up near the beaches of Brazil, Lucas is now based in The Hague, Netherlands. When he’s not diving into development projects, he’s scuba diving, riding waves, snapping pictures, or being loud in public spaces.

Erica

Erica’s role is Market Development Manager of North America. She brings both market and technical expertise to the show. Based in Colorado, USA, Erica loves to garden, camp and fly fish in her free time.
