Follow the Journey of Lerøy Salmon From Farm to Fork

The Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) has collaborated with Lerøy Seafood on a short film highlighting the key benefits of certification.

Further commitment towards responsible aquaculture

Based in Norway, Lerøy is the second largest producer of salmon in the world. When their Lerøy Midt Hogsneset Nord Farm site achieved certification in 2014, they became one of the first salmon farms to achieve ASC certification.

To date, 15 Lerøy sites meet the ASC Salmon Standard. The farm is committed to ensuring that each and every one of their operations will achieve ASC certification by 2020.
